Bella Nové is a boutique community of architecturally designed townhouses. Located 15 kms north of the Brisbane CBD in a quiet street. This was a multi staged 47 lot townhouse subdivision with internal and external roads and pavements, bio basins, service upgrades, and a requirement for efficient design to meet the local council requirements.

Arcos Group undertook structural, civil and geotechnical detailed design for this project. As the Contract Superintendent, Arcos provided supervision of construction works and facilitated operational works approval.
