Arcos was engaged to deliver civil and geotechnical engineering services for the staged development of industrial sheds at Sandstone Point. Our role included geotechnical investigations, drilling, and laboratory testing to establish ground conditions, followed by detailed civil engineering design for site works, access, stormwater management, and service coordination.

The project, delivered over multiple stages, required integrated solutions to manage complex site levels, service connections, and heavy vehicle access requirements while ensuring compliance with local council and state authority standards.
