Yerbury Residence is a contemporary canal-front home in Buddina, designed by Reitsma and Associates and built by Cross Constructions. The split-level design features raked ceilings, cantilevered balconies, and full height glazing to capture the canal outlook.

Arcos was engaged to deliver structural engineering for the project, with solutions tailored to suit the site constraints and architectural ambition. A reinforced concrete beam was used to achieve a clean-span garage opening within tight head height limits.

Framing was coordinated to align with raked ceilings and glazed openings, while cantilevered elements were resolved through a hybrid concrete and timber system. All detailing was developed with durability in mind, addressing the marine exposure and narrow site footprint.
