The AIR7000 project forms part of the Australian Department of Defence’s broader initiative to modernise the ADF’s maritime surveillance and response capabilities, including the replacement of the ageing P-3C Orion aircraft fleet.

Arcos supported the delivery of new infrastructure at RAAF Base Darwin by providing third-party civil design and quantity verification services during the 100% detailed design phase. Working closely with the design lead, Arcos reviewed and refined the bill of quantities, ensuring the accuracy of material take-offs and contributing to the development of reliable project cost estimates.

Our input provided Defence with a robust foundation for construction budgeting and resource planning, helping to de-risk delivery and support future procurement activities.
