Bella Nové is a boutique community of architecturally designed townhouses located in Albany Creek, 15 km North of Brisbane. This development project consists of a multi-staged, 47 lot townhouse subdivision with internal and external roads, pavements, bio-basins, and service upgrades.

Arcos undertook structural, civil, and geotechnical designs, ensuring all work met and exceeded local council efficient design requirements. As the Contract Superintendent, Arcos provided supervision of construction works and facilitated operational works approval.
