This subdivision is a 52 lot residential project located in Ormeau in the Gold Coast. Arcos took on this project, following years of back and forth with Council approval. Arcos got involved with the developer to re-design the site to take into account overland stormwater flow and significant ecological constraints that were present on site. Arcos supported this development through mediation with City of Gold Coast on behalf of the Developer.

Arcos provided Civil Engineering and undertook the subdivision design for the project. As the Civil Engineer for the project, we also undertake project management and liased with all other consultants to collate and drive deliverables.
