Stage 1 of this Business Park development includes the creation of 21 high quality warehouse and office units ranging from 253m2 to 492m2 in Helensvale, Queensland, a suburb of the Gold Coast.

Arcos Group was engaged by builder Keane Group Construction as the Civil & Geotechnical Engineer on the project to deliver OWP designs and drawings for the civil works, including earthworks, terraced retaining walls, pavements, stormwater management, sewer servicing, and design coordination with the broader consulting team.
