The Peachester Landslip Remediation Project comprised seven major landslip sites located 40 km inland from the Sunshine Coast on the land of the Jinibara peoples. The project focused on restoring minor and major slips across the local roading network in steep, slip-prone terrain.

Arcos supported the client by undertaking additional drilling at critical pinch points identified by the designers, and optimising construction solutions across the sites.

Arcos also provided construction support during the remediation works, with a strong focus on the assessment and recommendation of temporary works designs. These recommendations were critical given the tight site restraints, access, and the need to manage works during the wet season.

All temporary works solutions were carefully considered to maintain safety, enable sequencing, and ensure long-term stability of the completed works.
