The Little Paradise Development is a master planned community for the Anindilyakwa community of Groote Eylandt. It includes master planned works for housing, a resort, worker’s camp, aquaculture Centre, employee’s village, solar farm and vehicle operations centre. This development will support mining operations on Winchelsea Island and the expansion of operations in Alyangula.

Arcos was engaged by Sitzler to be involved in numerous facets of the master planned community including master plan development, undertaking civil, structural and geotechnical engineering across the varying leases and providing on-site construction supervision. Arcos ensured the success of the project by integrating the existing natural landscape into the development’s design.
