Oasis at Bokarina Beach is a luxury 56-unit residential development in one of the Sunshine Coast’s most sought-after lifestyle areas.

Arcos was engaged by Cube Developments to provide Civil, Structural and Geotechnical design from concept through to the detailed design. Additionally, Arcos oversaw the construction phase services.

Arcos designed this structure as a specialist posttensioned concrete type building to reduce the thickness of slabs and columns. A key consideration of the design is the basement construction of a 6-level building, set back from the dunes and coastal environment.
