A new state primary school was established in the developing Redland Bay community for Prep to Year 6 students.

Stage 1 for the Scenic Shores State School includes an administration, prep and junior general learning areas, multi-purpose hall, information and resource centre, student amenities, open and undercover parking and multi-purpose sports court.

Arcos Group collaborated with ADCO to provide practicable geotechnical recommendations that were geared toward project risk mitigation and catering to the proposed advanced building solutions and geotechnical constraints the site provided.

Arcos Group also worked closely with ADCO personnel to deliver timely construction inspections and geotechnical advice to mitigate project time cost.
