Coming in at just under 80ha, Shannon Waters is another project we delivered in collaboration with our partners at Millar Merrigan, a full service land development consultancy in Victoria. As with all Millar Merrigan projects, Shannon Waters is a large, bespoke development, designed to provide prospective home owners with thoughtfully crafted lots and a strong sense of place. The site sits along the Mitchell River and blends the built form seamlessly into the natural environment, with interconnected open space, wetlands, and parkland, minimal use of straight line roads, and large blocks.

Arcos Group worked with our partners at Millar Merrigan to deliver the project, providing a full range of civil engineering services to bring the development to life, including road and pavement design, stormwater and water sensitive urban design, and service design including watermains and sewers.
