Stones Corner, less than five kilometres from Brisbane’s CBD, is a key inner-city redevelopment precinct known for its village charm, heritage character, and vibrant community. MK Architecture’s design brings new life to the area with a striking arched colonnade façade, enhancing the street presence and reinforcing a strong sense of place.

The mixed-use development includes ground and first floor retail and commercial spaces, an Aldi supermarket, and two residential towers comprising up to 209 apartments, injecting renewed energy and vitality into the precinct.

Arcos undertook a geotechnical and preliminary acid sulfate soils (ASS) investigations at accessible locations during active business hours.
