Warehouse development for dynamic supplies on a 48,550m² site in Wacol, Queensland. The project is delivering two warehouses with a total built area of 27,100m² and 22,200m² of concrete hardstand.

Both Warehouse A and Warehouse B each have 13,100m² of warehousing and 450m² of office space over two levels. Connecting the two warehouses is 6,000m² of canopy breezeway.

Initial engagement was for construction inspections and grew into value add Engineering services for Geotechnical and Structural Engineering for specialist retention system.
