Crestwood Road development is situated on the edge of the Glass House Mountains urban footprint. The development is comprised of 14 boutique rural residential lots, positioned over the ridge of natural topography with striking views of the surrounding Glass House Mountains.

Arcos were engaged to manage the development from early feasibility and reconfiguration stages, through to operational works and construction supervision providing an end to end service. The result is a high-quality community development blending into the adjacent residential/agricultural land use, Coonowrin Creek and sensitive bushland.
